The information suggesting Enoch Cooksey (1778-1853) as Elizabeth's father is incorrect. Enoch's children are known by his 1853 Warren County will, and he had no daughter name Elizabeth. Also, Enoch would have been 14 years old at Elizabeth's birth.
Elizabeth and husband John Fisher II are closely associated with the family of Josiah Cooksey in Warren and Dekalb County Tennessee. It is almost certain that the Sally Cooksey mentioned in the 1793 Greenville, SC will of Nicholas Fisher is the wife of Josiah Cooksey. The best connection we can make is that Elizabeth is the daughter born 1790-1800 on Josiah Cooksey's 1800 Greenville, SC Census.
