I have no idea what sources are being used for birth date. According to tombstone source she died March 1, 1891 subtract her age(68 years, 3 months, 4 days)at time of death would calculate her birth date. 1891-68=1823, March 1- 3 months = January 1,1823- 4 days put her birth date December 29, 1822. Her sister, who married the other Carder was not born the same year as her sister, not even close. This needs clarification.

Recalculated March 1, 1823 -minus 3 months= December 1, 1822 -minus4 days = 27 November 1822

Date of Death clearly inscripted on tombstone, 1 March 1891, also inscribed is her age,"68 y. 3m. 4d.". Those numbers calculated would make her birth date approximately 27 November 1822. Her sister Amanda's birth date is 13 July 1824. This clears the siblings being born too close together inconsistency.
