The Town of Ipswich. has posted .pdf file at 'Commoners Records 1634-1720.' I cite from that doc ‘Record of the Early Commoners of Ipswich’ by Nathaniel R. Farley (1891 transcript), p. 27.
27 Jan 1702/03 ‘List of Persons who have right to Commonage:’
“Hannah Perkins, Samls relict, claimd by Rosser his widow. Living in a house in 1659 on ye house Lott ye new dwelling-house stands."
I deduce this refers to Hannah (West) Perkins; but do not know "his widow" Rosser, who claimed right to pasture, gathering wood, etc.
