It looks like someone recently joined this project, added a Profile to it, and apparently then changed the profile to Private
Projects are only supposed to be for Public Profiles.

I have requested that the other Managers return the Profile to Public. Is that something Collaborators in the Project also can do, or can Collaborators in a Project only edit a Profile in the Project if it is Public?
