Can't designate deceased on cousin who just died

Hi,
I'm the manager for my cousin's profile located here: https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_basics/6000000078225244262 and she (Bonnie Fitch) died on March 8, 2022 but the geni program will not allow me to enter her death date information. Please help? I'm not sure what has changed in the program so please let me know how or what to do.

This person was invited and logged in as a Geni user herself, so you need to ask Geni to close her account.

You do that by reporting her as deceased.
