I merged the duplicate profiles that had two Joseph Clarkes attached as father of son Carew Clarke. This resulted in 3 Source Conflicts. When I attempted to select the sourced info over the non-sourced info to resolve the conflict, I got the message that the field is locked. So I'm unable to do anything more. Any assitance from whoever locked the profile(s) would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Debbie, unfortunately my husband Gregory l Clark passed away on January 4th of 2019. I have turned all the information over to our oldest son Gregory S Clark. He said that he and his youngest daughter are going to start getting back into following this on ancestry. I wish I could help you. But I will let them know that you have tried to contact Gregg.

Actually, I didn't send the message specificallly to you. I opened a discussion that all the profile managers can see, as well as the curator attached to the profile. I have no idea if your husband is the one who locked the fields, if the curator did it, or what. So, perhaps someone else can be of assitance.
