Adele Kaufmann died on 04/12/1893 in childbirth. She was giving birth to my grandmother Hedwig Wolff nee Willner. She was married to David Willner

Thanks for the information, Private User. I've added the information and listed as you as the source.

Thank you.

I may be able to fill in more details of the family because Berthe Kaufmann was was also my great grandmother as my grandparents were first cousins.

Are you related?

Hello again, Private User! No, I am not related, but I am a Geni Curator, which means I pitch in and help out in cases like this where fixes need to be made.

If you'd like, I can connect you to Adelheid's profile so that you can make any additional edits to her profile, and the profiles for the rest of your close family, whenever you want. I would just need 1) your permission and 2) the name of your parent who was a child of Hedwig.

But if you don't want me to connect you, that's certainly fine! I just wanted to extend the offer.

I m happy to be connected to Adelheid’s profile as I can add more information. My father’s name was Gunter David Wolff, and his mother was Hedwig Wolff. However, after arriving in the UK and later going into the army, he changed his name to Gene David Wolfe.
Thank you for your help.

My pleasure to help, Private User!

I believe you should be all connected in now -- let me know if you see anything wrong or need any additional help.

You may want to also complete the merge of the two copies of your grandmother: https://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000183348470857

And you can see a full list of your close relatives who already have Geni accounts at https://www.geni.com/list?claimed_status=claimed&focus_id=6000000160020874874&group=max_family -- it looks like your nephew Mark Laikin is a user and might be able to help you as well.

I hope you enjoy using Geni!
