There are two versions of this important source for early Maryland genealogy, *and they are not the same*.
The version available online is a re-edited and rearranged three-in-one edition, with some families added and some dropped: https://archive.org/details/annearundelgentr00newm_0/page/n15/mode/2up
The other version is NOT available online, and is insanely expensive if you try to purchase it.
Volume I covers the Burgess, Gassaway, Gaither, Hammond, Ijams, and Warfield families (Burgess, Gassaway and Warfield are *not* in the 3-in-1)
Volume 2 covers the Beale, Dorsey, Edwards, Howard, Stockett, Waters, Wells, and Yate families (no Stocketts in the 3-in-1)
Volume 3 covers the Cockey, Harwood, Ridgely (3 Ridgely lines) and Todd (2 Todd lines) families - and NONE of them are in the 3-in-1.
3-in-1 includes the Griffith, Worthington, Wyatt, Cheney, Jacob, Boone, Fowler, Homewood, Ashman, Crowell, and Hall families, not cited in the individual volumes above.
This complicates matters.
