Need assistance to differentiate the Alabama David Winchester Franklin from the Native American/African Winchester Franklin of Mississippi and Oklahoma

Pulled from the About for David and placed on About for Winchester but will put here in the Discussion now:
=== GEDCOM Note ===
Winchester, Franklin County, Tennessee

I see where he applied for Choctaw citizenship but did not apply before the deadline. His son Joe Franklin is enrolled on Card #36. Martha Franklin and children including my grandmother Mamie are enrolled on card # 233 Chickasaw Freedmen.

I will search Alexander surname as that is the name of his sister. He is also found in the Dawes but Chickasaw labeled him as a "Non Citizen". He may be native american which might be very hard to trace if he changed his name.

See 1910 Federal Census. Sister Eliza Elexander and niece Susie Radford.

DNA propagated to David Winchester Franklin
David Winchester Franklin is presumed to carry DNA based on test results from other relatives in the family tree:
R-SRY2627from 1 relative
R-FT127756from 1 relative

There is conflicting DNA evidence propagated from relatives in the family tree.

I’ll double check that this is a true conflict, but I can contribute something right away.

David Winchester Franklin is your fourth great aunt's great nephew.

I would be surprised there’s anything to do but name coincidence with African American or Native American Franklins.

Erica Howton thank you for looking.
Yes, I think the "name coincidence" is the problem.
The profiles need sources added to differentiate them further and the children added but these two men are very different and David Winchester Franklin likely never married anyone other than Margaret A. Franklin
Winchester Franklin married a woman named Martha Gaines who appears to be the same person in Ancestry trees as Martha Franklin

The Y DNA may be for different Franklins due to the conflation of the two men.

I still need a curator to assist with correcting the line.

The FAG memorial is the biggest clue.
Trying to get the Franklins correct.

Ned "Nero" Bice Gaines is the focus.

Father of Martha Gaines Franklin.
Her FAG memorial: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/19957801/martha-franklin

Martha was the 10th of 16 children born to Ned Gaines and Malinda Alberson Clay. Her siblings were Phil, Enoch, Joseph "Shook", Maria, Samuel, Aleck, Henderson, Melvina, Lee, Willis, Louvenia, Patsy, Mack, Franklin, and Hattie Gaines. According to her brother Joseph's 1900 census record, their father Ned was born in Africa.

Martha married Henry Stevenson, and they were blessed with daughter Catherine, born in 1878.

She then united with Solomon Alexander, by whom she had a son, John Alexander. Martha subsequently married Winchester Franklin, and they had six children: Alexander, Nelson, Verdelia, Henry, Mamie, and baby Almeda.

Lastly, Martha married Walter Franklin on November 5, 1903.

Pre-deceasing Martha were her children Alexander and Almeda, and also husband Walter. May her memory be a blessing to all who descend from her.

Again and still
