Various merges and updates over the years have confused Wharerauaruhe with (I think) her grandmother and also the wife of a Mathew Hamilton.
NZDB says she gave birth to Taiaroa in the late 1790s, which was after this profile's date of death, and before Mathew Hamilton's birth.
Until sources are added here, and this is untangled, it is probably better to refer to other places - like the NZDB profile I mentioned.
