Comfort (Williams) Hester is unlikley to have had a sister also named Comfort. She did, however, have a daughter named Comfort Janes Hester who married a Singletary. John Hester's will mentions his wife's name as Comfort and lists his daughters:
".... To my daughters Comfort, Sarah, Mirium, Mary, Hannah" in his will. Notice...only one daughter named Comfort and that would be the daughter who married Thomas Singletary.
