Wrong parent information

Could someone please help to correct information on wrong parents. I have tried and it just cannot get it to happen.
The person is Louise Krause:Louise Sempf
She is NOT the daughter of Johann Ludwig Krause and Rosina Hirschkorn.
She was born in Brandenburg, Germany and NOT Russia!
Her biological parents should be
Father: Ludwig aka Louis Krause
Born October 1780 in Gross Ziethen, Brandenburg, Prussia Germany
Died 12 July 1833 in Gross Ziethen
Mother:Louise Dupont
Born circa 1782 in Gross Ziethen, Brandenburg, Prussia, Germany
Died:11 May 1821 in Gross Ziethen
There are church records that can verify all this on myheritage and familysearch. Whoever made this connection has really made a mess of things and there are so many inconsistencies.

Undid a merge, which removed the incorrect parents; and also, merged descendants who seemed to match : please check.

I do not see profiles for Ludwig or Louis Krause and Louise Dupont in Geni currently.

Hello Erica,
Excellent! Thank you very much. That is now correct. I have entered correct parents.
However, I now have another problem.
It is with Henriette Auguste Westphal (profile link:https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000033965669043
She has two sets of parents entered.
The correct are Friedrich Wilhelm Westphal (1813-1900) and Henriette Auguste Matthes (1822-1876) and NOT Marie Louise Kohlers and Friedrich Wilhelm Westphal (C.1800-).
Also August Ferdinand Westphal and August Franz Westphal are NOT her siblings.
I would be very pleased if you could correct this for me as well. I'm afraid I have trouble navigating around Geni. I do my major research on myheritage.
