What is the objective of adding Profiles to this Project?

I see some 1300 profiles have been added to this very Project that we are looking at right now here on Geni. So what is the objective of adding these Profiles to this Project? This Project is directed to discussing and instructing Geni users on an App for a museum in Israel. Who are these people that have been added? Why?

The project profiles are the ones that work with the App and are in the ANU museum exhibit.

I again had a look. 906 of these Jewish VIPs can be linked to people that are linked to others on my tree
This was originally interesting but now us just a novelty. Very American . Links to refugees to United Kingdom should be researched and added to exhibits
