It appears the multiple Gedcom uploads threw in extra parents and there's nothing in her profile to indicate who the correct ones are.
Her Find-a-Grave profile only lists her father's name: Zachariah Martin, Sr.

but his page:

indicates he was the son of John and Rachel.
If the Find-a-Grave info is correct, neither of the Zachariah Martins she is attached as a daughter of is the correct one since neither have parents named John and Rachel. So that would mean, both sets of parents connected here would be incorrect.
