Creath Payton - Creaths Death Certificate

Hello Carrie,
Not sure if this might be a trail to look at but in Ancestry I see a “hint” of a convict conduct record for his son Creath Abbott Payton from about 1939. Document is very hard to read but looks like the convictions were for burglary and murder without malice. So this might not be the same person or related. Plus is what 10 years after the elder Creath’s death. Courts can be slow.

Here is some of the “transcribed” information. Has prison and convict information so maybe a way to research.
