Wonder why nearly all descendants of Charlemagne ended up in USA ?

Need a frank discussion of the Haplogroups as well. The Es are always suppressed and down played for the glory of the Rs.

Phillipp, it is not true that nearly all descendants of Charlemagne ended up the USA. Let me suggest some material for you to read:

https://www.sarahwoodbury.com/were-all-descended-from-charlemagne-a...

Hi Cousin John.
I am descendant of Europeans and all 3 of these links presume that we all therefore descendants of Charlemagne.
I am not a descendant of Charlemagne ; it is a very superficial and uninformed look at Europeans to assume that.

It is so easy and flippant to just write " all Eur3o are descendants of Charlemagne . Just no proper scien or research based comments but then are very popular myrhs . Perpetuated by those that want to sell their works of fiction .
My ancse traced back to 5th century Europe and none are descendants of Charlemagne .

It appears to be very poular amongst people in USA a democracy to ve descendants of " Royalty "

Petef Roth has a very simplictic and slightly naive view of our ancestry ..So nany often claim to have proof of something they themselves woukd like to be true that rhey ignore facts.
I am proof of that fallacy: not a desc if Charlemagne yet proven documented European ancestry .
I say it again it appears mostly people in USA subscribe to these simplistic vies if ancestry.

We also have the new problem of DNA proving or disproving parents.
So many were not the descendants of people they've hoped to be descendants of.
Why this obsession to be descendant of a " royal " ? Why? Inferiority complex?
Ancestors are not something we pick or choose .
Another American myth : you can be anyone you want to be.

No you can not. You can only be who you are.

Sorry to inform you J P Weyers, but Charlemagne has descendants in whole Europe, including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Latin America. Maybe whole World.
I can see here in Geni that we can find a lot of English speakers from ex-colonies of England that "believe" they are the only "blessed ones" with European blood.
Like the others in this discussion I strongly suggest you to study.
Charlemagne is one of my grandfathers. And I am not from United States.

I love and I pray for my ancestors. Everybody should do it.

I am proud of my royal and noble ancestors.
If someone does not like Genealogy should not take part here.
Simple like this.

What most let me upset with Geni is to see people putting down the trees.
Because I CARE about my ancestors.

Anyway, me and thousands of people are rebuilding our trees very very far way from Geni and some curators of Geni.
We do it where they cannot touch it.
There are many websites for genealogy.

By the way, there is not such "pure blood".
During Ancient Age and Middle Age royals and nobles from Europe where mixed with royals and nobles from other areas of the World.
If you study you will find out.
For royals and nobles from that time the most important values were royal blood, noble character, brave behavior. The marriages were arranged to do alies to avoid war or to finish one, but also to conquest territory.

Study about and you will have many surprises.
And sorry to say, under my personal view, republics are not the best.
Monarchies are in general the best for the population.
