I'm attaching the copies of all my ancestors probated wills, they do list who the enslaved people by their first name and whom they were given to. I'm assuming their surnames usually the same as the people who had them listed in the probated will. I then mark their profiles to this project.
I did come across one of my ancestors who freed his enslaved people, left them the property, and left a yearly salary to be paid to them for life at his death. The least a person could do for people who worked for no money, had families separated,
