Why do I get notices of our 51st anniversary yesterday sine she died on 10/06/20? Seems highly disrespectful in so many ways, since there has been nobody for me to celebrate it with.

Because she is still marked living on Geni.
Since she is officially still a Geni usef - if you have access to her account you can simply close it and mark her deceased -- or --
