Not sure if it needs isolating and marked for deleting. Two wives and too many children to try to figure out if the new profile is correct to merge, I think.

I had cleaned my merge center tree matches down to less than 10 problems just about a month abot and had 217 tonight showing up.

He had a big family from what I can tell. The profile that is not the Master Profile says he is my 10th great Aunt's nephew,which is the new profile. The Master Profile gives me the wrong relationship. So if it's deleted or isolated would that give me the correct relationship? This line is tied into my Ryerson line which is extensively researched and we have a family book. This is two generations from that,so not sure if they're in the family book. I'm concerned cutting or deleting or isolating will give the relationship the Master Profile says I have,which is incorrect. Thoughts?

I carved off 30-some duplicates for deletion; if you find more which seem either "confused" or not-additive from that import, post them her ...

Annber: If the relationship doesn't "make sense" to you now that I removed that small subset, try using the free tool https://historylinktools.herokuapp.com/history (History Search) to check for things which may interfere with Geni finding the "correct" relationships.

Be sure to look at the "Options" on HistorySearch (in particular, I recommend checking the "Including Pending ..." and "Include Problem ..." options -- and perhaps de-selecting the 3rd option related to Projects).

Thanks, Dan Cornett. Hopefully, that will clean it up and make
Annber Lynn Collins 's relationship easier to find even.

I just don't understand how the imports go back that far. But again, thanks. I didn't want to merge anything until someone looked at it.

Dan Cornett I do use history link tool often. A lot if merges are pending for a long time because the manager hasn't addressed them. I'm adding different family members to projects lately. I've requested to address the conflicts in my tree but it's pending the manager approval. I'm not sure how to address the issues,unless a Curator can override these issues on a profile? Susanne Floyd I will review what clean up I can do to said profile today or tomorrow. Thank you both.
