If you have a specific profile add sources on the profile and start a discussion with details of what information on the profile you believe is incorrect.
I think it depends on how you raise the discussion and your phrasing.
Are you raising it from a profile (or at least tagging the profiles) where all followers of the profile are notified?
Are you adding sources and being detailed about what you information you think is wrong and why?
Is your language polite or hostile?
Are you keeping to the facts or making personal attacks?
Are you giving people time to respond to your request?
Curators are volunteers - busy with their lives, their jobs, their families - and some of us can get hundreds of requests every day. And most of us get a lot of abuse along with those requests. Some days we are able to delve into tricky research problems and some days we don’t have the time. Sometimes we mean to come back to a question raised but something else happens (in life or on Geni) and we don’t get back to it.
