If this is the same person who was the Hartford proprietor, then I think it's safe to update that he married MERCY RUSCOE in England and they supposedly came to CT with their eldest son Thomas. "It was this eldest son Thomas who sealed his will in 1712 with the wings of the ancient family of the Seymours of Penhow."
Just wanted to say I'm so glad that this has been updated to correct father after seeing Robert Seymour and Elizabeth [Waller] which leads to a dead end.
