Failure to merge

2 instances of the same person have been requested to merge by both managers involved but the merge doesn't happen and there seems no way to make iy happen.

Private User As a curator I can apply for permission to complete the merge if I get the permission directly from you. As an extra check: Do you remember what email you used for the abandoned account?
