Abraham was a son of Isaac. Why not listed?

Isaac Perkins, of Hampton is my 9th cousin 11 times removed.

Hi Ann,
Thanks for your response. Thomas Henry Perkins is my 12th great grandfather. The non Perkins names that you list are not my relatives. From multiple legitimate and authoritative sources I am sure that I am a descendent of Abraham Perkins (A founder of Hampton,N.H 1608-1683). From Abraham as follows: Documented in the Descendants of Abraham Perkins of Hampton New Hampshire book written by Carolyn Perkins

What neither I nor anyone else has been able to “confirm” is who was the father of Abraham. Given that he and an Isaac Perkins both settled in and were prominent citizens of Hampton,N.H. Ca 1638 it is logical that he was the son of Isaac who immigrated to Ipswich Massachusetts ca 1635. This is confirmed in Town of Hampton official records.. Isaac Perkins (b 1571) had an offspring Isaac baptized in Hillmorton, England. There is no baptism record for Abraham ((though no one questions that he existed). Thus the controversy that is discussed in detail under Abraham’s profile on Wikitree.
Thanks again for the insight and suggestions.I will continue my search to confirm the father of Abraham. While I cannot confirm, there is nothing that I have found and read that would lead me to believe that there is a more supportable alternative.
Best regards,
Ron Perkins

The Geni computer is wrong. My ancestry back to Governor William Bradford (Mayflower) has been officially confirmed by the Aociety of Mayflower Descendants. Multiple other sources confirm and agree on the rest of my ancestry. The only question that remains is who was the father of Abraham Perkins. While not proven there is no conflicting evidence of it being other than Isaac.
Multiple references in Town of Hampton, N.H. Records. I don’t have the time nor incentive to prove to Geni that the book that I reference is accurate.

See original message. Somehow this is screwed up. I am not Roger Sheldon Scott and my my father was not Charles Scott.
I am Ronald Perkins and my father is Gerald Perkins. Trust me. I know this for a fact! 😁🤣

I never expected anyone to “do my work.” I merely made an innocent INQUIRY regarding the father of Abraham Perkins. Apparently no one has more information and it has catalyzed mean sported responses.
I don’t appreciate anyone doubting my claim of being a descendent of Governor William Bradford. I ent through a long confirmation process with the Society of Mayflower Descendants, a veritable organization for more reputable than Geni. End of discussion.

Here’s the Geni page for Abraham Perkins, Sr., of Hampton

As of the last time the question was examined in 2020:

Curator's Note: Because of the uncertainty about his ancestry as explained in the following narrative, we have detached Abraham Perkins from supposed parents Isaac Perkins, of Ipswich and Alice 2nd wife of Isaac Perkins until the time these connections can better be substantiated.
