Mark William Osiier passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 60.

Mark was born to parents James William and Edith Jean Osiier on September 28, 1962, in Grandview, MO. He grew up the youngest of five and attended Grandview High School. Mark married Debby Katzenmaier in 1983, and the couple had three children. Mark spent the past 30 years in service to the families and children of Heartland Family Ministries in various roles and found this to be his highest honor. He was a lover of the outdoors and all things Harley-Davidson; and was passionate about sharing his wisdom of fishing and cooking with his grandchildren and anyone else who found joy in similar topics.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Debra; his children, Tabitha (with husband Joseph), Eric, Katie (with husband Mason); his brothers, Jimmy, Phillip, and Michael (with partner Judy); five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister, Kathy; his parents, Edith and James; and his nephew Scott.
A viewing of the body will not be available as he will be cremated. A visitation followed by a celebration of life service will be held at Heartland Family Ministries at 810 S. Cedar, Belton, MO 64012, on Friday, November 18 between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. At a later date, his ashes will be spread at Bull Shoals Lake at his wishes; a peaceful home where fond childhood memories were made and where he loved to spend time with his family.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make a donation to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (https://www.nationalmssociety.org) or Heartland Family Ministries (https://www.hfministries.org).
