This is clearly the same person as David Astruc de l'Estoile , but before merging it is worth noting Randy Schoenberg's discussion point there.
I found a source for the supposed grandfather of this profile (Vivant), which I added on the description for that profile, but that source doesn't provide detailed ancestry or descent.
All other sources for this tree seem to be quoting each other circularly.
