My father Rabbi Yaacov Moishe Rybak received a Sameecha from three Rabbanim in New York.The names of the other Rabbanim Were Eliezer Lipa Weisblum andRav Nassan Nuta Dublinsky. This occurred in the early 50s.Rabbi Chaim Avraham Klein was the third Rav whose name is on the Smeecha.
