The problem is that the profile was created by importing a file from another source.
The quality of the file was poor and has resulted in badly constructed profiles.
Example being the birth location of Ida Mae Elliott
The source file that has been uploaded has the correct data "Henry County, Illinois" but in the wrong fields so that it is displayed incorrectly.

It may be a one off case, or it may affect all 600 profiles created by that manager.

I have updated birth, death and burial locations for this profile. Give that it is a public profile there is no reason that any user interested to do so cannot clean it up.
