Beginning here in an attempt to repair the Vann tree…
Deleted references to birth place Running Water Town as it was built by the Chickamauga Cherokee who seceded from the main branch of the Cherokee at the beginning of the Revolutionary War in 1775, 25 years after the proposed birth of Wha-li, leaving birth location blank for now.

Do you think it may have been the tribal village's first, some towns in the Nation started out as Villages first and because of location became towns. Early Nation maps may reveal this answer.

Could have been, but we need evidence I order to say it.

I think the key element now is that Wah-li seems to have been born 25 years before the first mention of the name Running Water Town
