
Good work Raelene Garth, now I would be able to add Phyllis Eileen Kelly (Cox) if she was set to public.
This might not be what you want to do, given she was born less than 150 years ago and died quite recently, but it's entirely up to you.
If you think its appropriate to make Phyllis's profile public then go for it.
No body besides you, as the manager of her profile, can set her to public.
You can do so on her profile page, in one of two ways:
1. with the Actions menu. There might be an option there to "Make this profile public"
or
2. Edit the profile and set the privacy at the top of the edit popup.
