Theodor Andreassen Høidahl is the father (my grt grandfather) was born in Norway.
Theodore Helfred Hoidahl is the Theodor's son (my Grandma Ruth's brother), is born in Wisconsin.

The error I am referring to is different, and blocks finding ancestors for nearly the entire family because program fixates on Aunt Swanhild.

It is difficult to fix errors like Theodor and Theodore though, I agree.

It sounds like Linda is talking about the relationship pathway calculator is always finding connections via Swanhild.

On this I would say, of course it does. The Hoidahl line from Linda only goes up a couple generations and then stops. Geni tries to find a relationship in two ways. By Blood, if it can, and then in any connected way including by marriage. Since the Hoidahl line stops, Geni relationship calculator doesn't have a path to connect to any one via blood.

@Theodor Have to distinguish between Theodor Høidahl born in Norway and his son Theodore Hoidahl (Americanized name) born in Wisconsin, USA. I think Åsa disconnected someone to correct that misidentification.
