Profiles Mentioned:

This Thomas Spring and the wife connected don't fit. I know that site it's from is 'usually' reliable, but it really depends on the sources given for any of their listings. In this case, they got it wrong. Notice that her profile lists her as Margaret Parr.

Margaret Spring

Wikipedia has a photo of the brass images of Thomas Spring II and his wife Margaret Appleton. They were the parents of the next Thomas in this line, who was married to Alice Appleton and Anne King.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Spring_of_Lavenham#CITEREFBurk...

One of the Wikipedia sources outlines the connections as well:

https://books.google.com/books?id=K1kBAAAAQAAJ&pg=PA501#v=onepa...

There is no wife with the maiden name of Parr or Parrish and only 3 Thomas Springs are listed, not 4.

And this son:

Sir Thomas "The Rich Clothier" Spring, Esq., of Lavenham

who was married to Alice Appleton - she is not seen anywhere else that I saw with the double name Alice Margaret Appleton, just Alice Appleton. My guess is that because the paternal grandmother of this Thomas was Margaret Appleton and then one of his wives was Alice Appleton, maybe that's how the two names got put together.

The sources only list the three Thomas Springs and their wives, not four as connected here on Geni:

1. Thomas Spring I and wife Agnes
2. Thomas Spring II and wife Margaret Appleton
3. Thomas Spring III and wives Anne King and Alice Appleton

So I don't know where the Thomas Spring who married the Parr / Parrish wife are supposed to go. Another branch of the Spring lines perhaps?
