I am looking for the parents of Juan de Olivera and can't locate them in Argentina. Is it possible he immigrated from Spain? I came across this record. It "works" in terms of dates but I can't figure out how to prove who his parents are.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, "International Genealogical Index (IGI)," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:1:96SR-34D : accessed 5 February 2023), entry for Juan Garcia Olivera; submitted by mplopez25639 [identity withheld for privacy]; no source information is available.

Juan Olivera made his will on November 10th of 1759 (R.5 1759 / 60-F°181v). He was a soldier, and he married Gregoria Valenzuela Rodríguez Flores on February 25th of 1738 (La Merced 4-447), but sadly in their wedding registry his parents can't be found. Gregoria Valenzuela made her will on August 16th of 1792 (R.1, 1792/3-F°191). They sold a house to Bartolomé Vélez on February 1st of 1748 (AGN R.93, F°229).
They were witnesses of Francisco Silva and Agustina Carrillo wedding (14/2/1755), were he is named "Juan de Oliveros", and of Juan Ramón de Acosta and Rosa Fernández wedding (25/9/1759), were he is named "Juan de Olivera".
I think asking the Archivo General de la Nación (General Archive of the Nation) for Juan Olivera's will, is the best chance to find out his parent's names
