Thomas Finch - Parents and Wife

What are the sources for the parents and wife connected to Thomas?

Asking because I've been Googling since I had attached these parents from Geni into my Ancestry tree but no one on Ancestry has these parents for him. So what I found is:

1. Wiki says he's probably the son of Francis Finch, doesn't list a mother or wife's name.

"Thomas was born in 1631. Thomas Finch ... He passed away in 1669.[1]

Francis Finch came to Virginia 8 Apr 1663, brought by Thomas Hanckes, and a Thomas Finch came to Virginia 19 Jun 1663, brought by George Morris [Nugent, "Cavaliers and Pioneers"]. [2]

Thomas probably was the son of Francis, and the grandson of Francis Fynch, a cloth maker of London, although there is no definite proof of this. A Francis Fynch, cloth maker of London and (widower of Joyce Fynch), made a will 2 Mar 1673/4 shortly before his death, which mentioned a son, Francis Finch now in Virginia, with no mention of Thomas [Finch Families of Dixie]. Thomas and Francis Finch paid taxes on 300 acres of land in New Kent County, Virginia, in 1664.[3]"

2. Shows him as son of Francis and lists the same Frances (mnu) as here on Geni as his wife.

"Thomas Finch (son of Francis Finch) was born Abt. 1654 in England or New Kent, Virginia, and died date unknown in New Kent , Virginia.He married Frances on Abt. 1684.

3. One Ancestry tree lists Francis as the father but lists his mother as the Elizabeth Fotherby connected here on Geni as the wife of Nathanyell Finch:

Father
Francis Finch (1620–1674)

Mother
Elizabeth Fotherby (1613–1693)

and that's actually all I could find.

Thomas and Francis both were commonly used named during that period, so I don't know how much might perhaps be info from different men somehow mixed up, but the only sources I found were the ones on Wiki.
