Cranney Dunney in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland

Hello, Pleased to 'meet' all of you. Now I'm going to try to tackle the other half of my Mother's family, since the FitzGerald Sheehan side has been such a bust! My Maternal G'father was Michael Edward Cranney, Jr. born at 121 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA, in 1887. He was the son of the original Irish immigrants, Michael Edward Cranney, Sr. (not until my G'father was born, was the Sr. added) & Bridget/Brigid Dunney, Michael, Sr. was born ca. 1860 somewhere in Co. Kilkenny, his wife Bridget?brigid in 1858, also probably in Co. Kilkenny, Michael died in Danvers, MA in 1924, Bridget in 1933. They are buried in St. Mary's RC Cemetery, Salem, MA In the grave w/them born in 1845, was Anastasia Dunney, born 1845, I assume that she was Bridger's older sister? Someone sent me a message, when I asked about them, on here or perhaps Geni that they were married in Co, Kilkenny in 1871? Now that;s all the msg. said, but I know for a fact that there's a lot more info to be gained from the cert, both father's first names, whether the 2 paries are of full age, where they lived at the time, perhaps occupation, his anyway, witnesses, who married them, etc. I'd like all of that info. as well. I'd also like to learn which shio they came on, the date, ports of departure & arrival, whether Anastasia dud travel w/them, etc. Ultimate goal is to trace both & all of the assorted families back inyo the past, as ar as I can! Since I'm unable to do that w.my FitzGerald & Sheehans, maybe w/help I'll have better luck w/ the Cranney/Dunneys. Be well & thanks in advance, Jack MacDonald-Hilton from Worcester, MA.
