This Jacob G. Stilwell's (1836/7-1924) parents are actually John Stilwell and Delilah Campbell. One source that I have that supports this is History of Marion County, Iowa and its People, Volume II (Marion County, Iowa: The S. J. Clark Publishing Company, 1915), p75-76. I also have copies of some of Leona (Botts) Stilwell's research showing John and Delilah are his parents.
