The following was found in the overview when the profile was accessed as part of the Cherokee cleanup project, I wanted to respond to the user who posted the comment

Edith was a Deeson, daughter of Thomas Deeson b. 1767 and Rachel St Julien Wicker b. 1767. Married Samuel Adair Chestatee Hummingbird Adair, Sr 1798; Children: Rachel, Andrew Raven Galanvta, Walter, Ann, Charlotte Deeson, Catherin Katie, by 2nd Pounds spouse, had Rachel Pounds and Anna A. Pounds.”
The source shown was an image copied from another tree without citation, this constituting a tertiary source which essentially has no value other than leads. In the overview, the WikiTree source cites its sources which do not suggest nor support the contention that Edith Pounds was a Deeson. In addition James Hicks in his study of the Cherokee, the primary intention of which was to elaborate and correct Emmett Starr days
“ SAMUEL3 ADAIR I (JOHN2, JAMES ROBERT1) was born 1781 in Adairsville, Bartow Co, GA, and died Abt. 1836.
He married (1) MARGARET DEESON 1798. She was born 1781 in Georgia, and died Abt. 1851.
He married (2) EDITH POUNDS Abt. 1811. She was born Abt. 1785 in Georgia, and died Bef. 1835.

Additionally, a very quick and admittedly not thorough search, no primary or secondary documentation was discovered, of Thomas Deeson and Rachel St Julien Wicker suggests that they were husband and wife, he participated in the Revolutionary War, but they had only one Daughter, Margaret Deeson who was the 1st wife of Samuel.
