If Anna was born in c1796, she can't be the daughter of Johannes Jacobus Coetzer who was born in 1786. He would have been 10 years old!
Also, this entry has her birth in Cape Town, but all of Johannes's children - that I know of - where born in the Cradock / Tarkastad area.
