Geni is designed that way. If more than one profile was created for the same person, they should be merged. If merged, the managers of each will be a manager of the merged profile.
Using pushpin to find out the other Manager's relationship to your father, I get
Muhammad Shihab is Habib Ahmad Shahab's second cousin once removed's husband.
That is close enough to be in your father's Max Family, so has a perfect right to be a manager of your father.
However, he probably did not have all the info, and some may have been garbled.
