S Streeter - Can someone help me decipher this 1870 census?

I see a white male with a black female and black children.
Is this an interracial couple in the 1870 census?
Or a white man with a black housekeeper and her children live in the home?
I am thinking the Pratt family on this page may be related to mine but am not familiar.
For those who are not aware, my Pratt is a dead end at the moment but shows African DNA
My DNA match has this Pratt family in his grandmother's working tree.
I am still trying to find my Pratt in ANY records and his son my great grandfather was born in 1875.

We are appreciative of any help to identify the people in this screenshot and I will be adding them to Geni soon.
