How would I get a Curator such as my 16th cousin Erica Howton involved in this project fix?

For the original question:
If you know the biological mother of Frederick, add her as spouse or partner of his father. If not, then add one as unknown.
Then edit Frederick's Profile, in Edit click Relationship Tab, then choose correct biological parents and save.
