If you are sure they are duplicates, then why not merge them yourself

In my opinion, the person who established the duplication should perform the merger or be the responsibility of the curator

Ruben (Raul) Mor (Murmis) the profiles you tagged aren't duplicates, you've tagged the same profile twice in both cases.

A quick search on both gives no results indicative of duplicates so nothing is likely to change unless you do it.

As for your expectation that the duplicator or curator should do the merge, I hope you are a patient man. The manager of those profiles hasn't been on Geni since before COVID began. As for the curator, there's less than 100 curators active on Geni and over 170 million profiles, it's not our job to action every single merge.

Alex,

When they were first tagged here each pair was two different versions of the same profile - all created on the same day by the same person.
So I do understand in that situation thinking he should have taken care of it.
But often instead of taking care of it, in situations such as this folks conclude Geni is too hard for them, in which case as you point out, others should fix it.

If you looked at Revision Tab, you would have seen that about 3 minutes after the first post
Shaye Pascaru was merged into Shaye Pascaru by Jonathan Krengel.
