What is the evidence that John Allsop (husband of Mary Ann Allsop) is the son of Anne Eyles - Warwick - Allsop / Alsop - Billett, Free Settler "Friends" 1811 and Francis Allsop, Convict "Elizabeth" 1816

Ann had a son John Warwick born 1824 with first husband Thomas Warwick, Convict "Malabar" 1819 who lived to adulthood and married Ann Warwick - Baldwin He appears with his mother, stepfather and 2 siblings in the 1828 census as John ALLSOP.

Is there any information on birth or death dates for John Allsop

John Allsop (m. Mary Ann Allsop) was my 2nd-g-grandfather.
His daughter Elizabeth Alice Hume is my maternal great-grandmother.
My mother mentioned several times that the Allsops in Randwick had racehorses and one of her uncles in particular was in the racing business.
I did find an Allsop website about 15 years ago and the last time I searched for it, members needed a paid subscription or private membership.
