My grandfather Isaac Zernitsky is listed as the father of Riva who died in 1940.
She was not his daughter. She was a granddaughter of Isaac's older brother, who unfortunately, was also named Isaac. The older Isaac, born in 1875, had a son, Iosif. Riva was Iosif's daughter. My grandfather, Isaac, was born in 1897 after the older brother Isaac had died.

You'll need to add more of your tree before this can be corrected. Consider adding the parents to Isaac and then adding the older brother. Once you've added the older Isaac, you can add Iosif as son of older Isaac. Finally once Iosif is on the tree you will be able to move Riva to the correct spot.

Younger Isaac is on Geni twice so a merge is needed. : Isaac Zernitsky and Isaac Zernitsky

Older Isaac is here Isaac Zernitsky

Here is Riva Riva Zernitsky

So question, Olga Zernitskaya Roninson Porterfield , did younger Isaac have two wives (Zlata and Anna) or does one belong with older Isaac?

I've created another Riva, a placeholder daughter of Iosif, but cannot move the existing RIva profile to the correct location in the tree without approval by the manager.

NB Riva currently shows as daugther of Zlata and sister of Michael, so i suspect Zlata and Michael belong to Iosif also?

The younger Isaac (my grandfather) had one wife Anna (Hanna) Rybakova..
I think Zlata was the wife of his older brother Isaac, and if that is correct, then she was the mother of Iosif.
ND Michael and Riva were Iosif's children
If Zlata was the wife of the wife of Iosif, then Michael and Riva were her children.
I will try to fix it.
At the moment Michael:d two children Vladimir and Margarita are well and living in Israel. They are in their 80s, and memory is not the best but I'll try to ask them about Zlata.
I saw both of them and Vladimir's many offspring just last month!
