I will change the name of her husband in the description to Avi Ezri אבי עזרי as written on his Matzeiva (tombstone).
See here: https://www.ivelt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17296&start=125 in Yiddish.

I thought of changing the private name to Malka according to conclusion of info given by Moshe Escott about Rabbi Yaakov Eskolsky on Rabbi Yisroel Ben David Tabak on http://kevarim.com/rabbi-yaakov-eskolsky-escott/#comment-33243

But there are problems with this info.

The info states that Tzirel Pesya (nee Wurman or Wohrman) and Dovid Tabak (of Czernowitz) were the parents of Rabbi Yisroel Tabak,
and that this Tzirel Pessia and Dovid were 2nd cousins, due to their grandmothers being sisters, the daughters of Eluzer mBelz: Sarah-Devora and Malka.

Since this woman (unknown named daughter of Eluzer mBelz who we are discussing here on Geni) had no daughters, contrary to the conclusion from the above info in which both sisters must have been maternal grandmothers of the Tabak couple, and since Rochel Hager of Strozynitz another sister of Sarah-Devorah had a son in law Mordechai Tabak and Sarah Labin had a son in law Shmuel Wurman, maybe Rochel is the name of the granparents, and we are back to square 1 with the name of Zelig's wife and there is no Malka in the story (if all the info is simply wrong).

The next issue is this woman's last name:
It must be Shapira according to my conclusion from the names of one of the two Avi Ezri Zelig's of Blendov (in Poland, near Mogalnitza).
One Zelig was the son of Haim Meir Yehieal of Mogalniza and was a Rebbe in Stry or Strii.
The other Zelig was the son of Yitzhok of Blendov ben HM Yechiel of Mogalnitza so Zelig was not son but grandson of HMY. In any case the family name was Shapria (or Shapiro) שפירא.

Just another detail about the husband: In a discussion on ivelt.com the Zelig of Blendow is listed as Zelig of Kuznitz while his father was from Blendow named Yaakov Yitzchok Shapiro (or Yitzhok Yaakov, as listed on one Matzeiva (tombstone)). Blendow is in Poland near Mogalnitza.

The Koznitz Rebbe from Tel Aviv my relative through marriage to my brother AH's daughter (Tzirel), is listed as a descendant..

I will discuss Zelig's name and place, in his entry.
