In researching a family friend and his wife's family (who is a distant cousin in several ways) Ancestry has suggested this lineage: French McLemore (1846) -> Robert McLemore (1817) -> George Patridge McLemore (1775) -> Robert (this profile). I am in the process of gathering evidence. While i have evidence from French to to Robert (1817), George Partridge being the father of Robert (1817) is where i am seeking evidence.
