Hello, I am searching for my mothers relatives on the Lanoix side of the family, we were told, that in 1660, two Lanoix brothers came to New France.
One was married, with family, and the other one was a soldier.
in our research, we have found a soldier Louis Dautrepe Enouille Lanoix, he came in 1710 as a Marine with the French defense, in the Company d'Alogny.
However, we do not have any leads on anyone coming in 1660.
Would there be any other Lanoix relatives, living in Quebec or Acadia, that may have relatives in this family, who came in 1660?
