I do not understand who wrote that Nathan was the son-in-law of Yitzhak Eslingen.
This is not possible, because his son Kalman is married to Yitzhak Eslingen's daughter. And we cannot marry his mother's sister.
So it is surely a mistake and deserves to be deleted
