James Key - Parents

Is there documentation for this James' parents being Francis Key and Anna Ross?

Asking because I came to Geni to trace the line that is showing up in one of my Ancestry DNA matches and they have the parents of this James Key who was married to Judith Keith as his direct line and has James' parents as Martin Key and Nancy Ann Bibb.
