Lippe Ratner - Problems!

The Overview has the statement
"Arrived New York 21 Aug 1906 on the S.S. Vaderland sailing from Antwerp. Arrived with brother Jossel, daughter Feige and sons Moritz and Shmuel."
I have attached that arrival record to the Profile so everyone can check it out.
Two major problems:
1) That Lippe (as Ancestry transcribes it) is FEMALE, not male. To my eyes, name might well be Zippe, but either way - female, occupation: wife - passage paid by husband - this is not a case of someone just put a check in the wrong column.
2) Belle's Death Notice names her "dear sister of the late Bernie, Harry and Al Ratner and Jean Krulewich" - no mention of any of the three children on that manifest. - did they all die shortly after arrival, or???

Plus - technical problem - Lippe's profile says
"Added by: ... on July 31, 2013
But the Revision Tab starts with
"Lippe Ratner's profile was updated by .... about me / Feb 14, 2018 "
Where is the entry for when it was added? That much at least happened before 2018 - the Revision Tab should not start with updating.
