Something looks odd:
https://images.findagrave.com/photos/2019/15/41812578_bf7e51cd-f700... is a picture of a certified copy of the Rowley records for James Dickinson born in 1705 in Rowley. It states that he is the husband of Sarah Dickinson
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Dickinson-139 has that he is the husband of Ruth Dorchester (Hartshorn) https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/16253672/james-dickinson agrees with this. There is a good discussion at this Find a Grave of which James did what.
The Rowley marriage record is https://ma-vitalrecords.org/MA/Essex/Rowley/aMarriagesD.shtml "(DICKINSON (Dicason, Dickison, Dickonson, Dickson)) James, and Sarah Stickney, Mar. 5, 1740.*" A more likely candidate for this marriage is James Dickinson His baptism record from Rowley reads "(DICKINSON (Dicanson, Dickanson, Dickenson, Dickingson, Dickison, Dickonson, Diginson)) James, s. George, bp. Sept. 23, 1716. CR1"
